On Saturday, April 12th, we will be sponsoring the Spring Edition of Save The Lake, a day organized on the lakeside in Malgrate for cleanup, sports, art, and music. Save The Lake
is a cultural association founded in 2021, during the Covid emergency, by a group of young people from Lecco who love Lake Como and canoeing. The idea is simple: to care for the environment, starting with the beaches and the most fragile areas of the region, cleaning them up by land and water.
The events organized by Save The Lake focus on concrete waste removal (clean-up) and engage the younger generations through sports, art, music, and dialogue with local communities. Over the years, they have successfully built a dedicated community of over 80 volunteers, who take action during the summer months to reaffirm their commitment. It’s easy to understand how closely all this resonates with our experience of the area. Our Group has grown by sharing its beauty and striving to enhance it in the eyes of our customers. Today, we actively support this clean-up initiative.
