Over the past five years, Molteni Real Estate has seen significant growth in its staff, a solid yet constantly evolving team that sets it apart from the services offered locally. Paolo and Carlo Molteni have always invested in the company and the team that builds it. Given the Molteni Group’s increasingly broad and structured offering, we wanted to offer employees an experience that would have a tangible impact on the way they work and grow together.
With this spirit, last January, we chose to embark on the Smarty Company Business Class program . The year-long series of practical and theoretical meetings was an ideal choice for strengthening the Group, both as a company and as a team.
Starting January 29, 2024, month after month, we explored fundamental topics for any company: from time management to resource optimization, from leadership to innovative strategies.
The program alternated practical workshops, team-building activities, and sessions with experts. This mix allowed the team to learn concrete tools to improve operational efficiency and internal organization, addressing daily challenges with a structured and strategic approach.
Organizing our time and resources better, communicating more clearly and working cohesively as a team, looking beyond the present, with an open mind and ready for change… Our motto throughout the journey was clear: “Improving is growing!”, and we experienced it as a daily encouragement to give our best.
The impact of Business Class has been tangible. With the skills acquired throughout 2024, Molteni Real Estate is ready to face the new year with enthusiasm and confidence.
