Just under a month ago, the renovated apartments of the former Oasi del Viandante residence in Dervio were officially ready to welcome their first new guests. The new tourist facility, Brezza del Lario, in Upper Lake Como, is a fresh project, designed for contemporary hospitality yet deeply rooted in the local area, enriching the Molteni Group’s offering.
Brezza del Lario represents a concrete case study of the Group’s operational potential. Our team oversaw the entire process, from the acquisition of the residence in Dervio to its rebirth as a tourist facility: we renovated the apartments, completely redesigned the interiors, and designed every space to offer a welcoming experience, in harmony with the lakeside atmosphere.
Once the work was completed, each apartment was prepared for promotion through coordinated and professional communication. The name itself, La Brezza del Lario, evokes the atmosphere you breathe upon arrival: discreet, natural, welcoming and inviting.
The real innovation? For the first time, management of the entire property is not outsourced to third-party owners, but is handled directly by Varenna Holidays, the group’s hospitality division. The scale of the project required the deployment of the Group’s full capabilities, from renovations and furnishings to administrative management and promotion.
