New sales paths and digital tools for the team

Over the past ten years, Molteni Real Estate has grown significantly, expanding and strengthening its team and the services it offers. This expansion brings with it a specific responsibility: to guarantee our clients an increasingly competent, efficient, and attentive service. 

Since mid-January, the sales team has begun a sales specialization program with  Smarty Company , with the aim of honing their skills and managing every deal with even more professionalism. 

At the same time, the team is undergoing training on the new CRM management system, a tool that will allow us to better organize our daily work and respond even more quickly and effectively to customer needs. This improvement translates into more time dedicated to people and less to processes, because good service always starts with listening and attention to detail.

Being professional means not only knowing the market, but also having the right tools to best address it. Molteni Real Estate’s consolidated structure and ambitious philosophy allow us to grow, update ourselves, learn, and challenge ourselves—and that’s what we do every day.
